Cancellation and prepayment policies
- Our guests can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival
- No shows will be charged the total price of the reservation
- We have a 2-day limit on bookings and do not accommodate over 30+ day stays.
Payment Policy
- Internet or cash is accepted
- Prepayment of the full amount must be made 7 days before arrival, unless by prior agreement
- Photo ID, (passport/driver’s license) may be requested for internet payments.
- There will be a surcharge for credit card transactions
- The credit card holder must be the named guest
- Bank account: Ātahu 06 0225 0430191-01
- Please reference the invoice number in the remittance.
Modification and cancellation exceptions
We allow guests to change dates:
- Once for your bookings, 3 days or more before check-in
- For the same or higher prices as your original booking
- For the same booking conditions and room type.
Children/ infants and extra beds
- We cannot accommodate children/infants
- No extra beds are available.
Internet and parking
- Internet is free of charge
- Parking is available on site free of charge
Guest information
Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in from 14:00 to 20:30
- Check-out from 08:00 to 10:00
Guest contact details
- Guests must provide an address and phone number on the booking
- Minimum age: 18
- Maximum age: No age limit.
Curfew
- No curfew
Damage
- There is no damage deposit
- If damage does occur, guests will be asked to compensate.
Property amenities
- Non-smoking property – please ask for a designated outside smoking area
- Travel sustainable property – a vigilance to conserve and protect Aotearoa resources.
House rules
- Registered guests only; however, if there are circumstances where you wish to have visitors, please contact us first
- There is no facility for family pets
- This is the home of a very friendly cat, ‘Doro’
- Parties or events are not accommodated
- Quiet hours are between 21:00 – 09:00
- No parties or meetings are to be held at this accommodation
- We will provide you with additional information.
Covid-19
As per the current mandated policy of the New Zealand Government. Where New Zealanders are prevented from travelling between regions we will forgo all cancellation policies; otherwise, standard cancellation policies will apply.
We ask for masks to be worn for meet and greet, and physical distancing.
Quests only on-site to reduce the risk of spread.
